We are excited to offer a limited number of Weekend Day Passes for guests who would like to join us during the day. One day pass provides access for the entire retreat weekend. This is a single purchase that covers Thursday through Sunday.

This listing is for day access only and does not include overnight accommodations.

What Is Included With a Day Pass

Your weekend day pass includes:

• Daytime access to the retreat sewing space for the full retreat
• Meals provided during the retreat schedule
• Light snacks and drinks
• Participation in demos and retreat activities
• A swag bag that includes a T shirt

We will contact you after registration to collect T shirt sizing and any dietary or accessibility needs.

Meal Details

Meals are provided as follows:

• Thursday: Dinner only
• Friday and Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Sunday: Breakfast only

Light snacks and drinks will be available. Guests who prefer more substantial snacks are welcome to bring their own.

Important Notes About Day Passes

• One pass covers the entire weekend. You do not need to purchase individual days.
• Day pass registration does not include sleeping accommodations.
• Day pass guests are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.
• Sewing space is shared with overnight retreat guests.
• Availability is limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Pricing and Policies

Weekend Day Pass Price: $225

• A non refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of registration.
• The remaining balance will be charged automatically on February 1, 2026.
• Day pass registrations are non refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, we may assist in helping you find someone to take your spot, but this is not guaranteed.

After You Register

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a short form to collect:

• T shirt size
• Food allergies or dietary restrictions
• Accessibility needs
• Any additional notes we should be aware of
