Miniature Piecing

Do you admire the miniature quilts but don't think this is something that you can achieve?  This class can teach you the techniques you need to make those cute little blocks. Learn how to work in three inches or smaller with precision.  A pattern will be provided to enable you to practice the techniques.

Hand Piecing

Are you ready to slow things down and have a portable sewing project? Explore the are of hand piecing to learn how to match points, do set-in seams and join rows.  This is the method that I often return to when things just aren't working out on the machine.  It is also a relaxing and meditative activity.  A pattern will be provided to enable you to practice the techniques.

Embellish it with Embroidery II

Learn some advanced embroidery stitches to enhance your applique or piecing. Although not a prerequisite if you have taken the introductory class you can continue to add your sampler from the previous class.
